Cancellation Policy

Thanks so much for your interest in getting tattooed by me! Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward the final cost of your tattoo. Deposits range from $50–$150 depending on the size of the piece. Your deposit holds your time slot and covers design work in advance. If you no-show, cancel too late, or ghost, your deposit is forfeited. 2. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment once, with at least 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will carry over. Less than 48 hours’ notice = new deposit required. Life happens—I understand! Just keep me in the loop as soon as possible. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancelling your appointment means you lose your deposit. No-shows (not showing up with no notice) may result in being unable to book again in the future. Please respect my time as I respect yours. 4. Late Arrivals There’s a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. If you’re running late, just send me a quick message—I’m understanding within reason. 5. Design Changes Minor changes to your design are totally fine. Big changes (style, concept, size, placement, etc.) may require more time or a new deposit, depending on how much work has already been done. I’ll always be transparent about this! 6. Age & Consent You must be 18+ with valid government-issued ID. No exceptions. I do not tattoo anyone under 18, even with parental consent. 7. Final Payment The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. I accept cash, and e-transfer. Tips are always appreciated but never expected. 8. COVID/Health Precautions Please reschedule if you're feeling sick. I work closely with clients and want to keep everyone safe.
