Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo. Valid government-issued ID is required at the appointment. No exceptions will be made for minors, even with parental consent.

2. Deposits:

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Deposits go toward the final cost of your tattoo. Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours' notice for your deposit to be transferred. No-shows, cancellations, or late reschedules (less than 48 hours’ notice) will result in a forfeited deposit.

3. Pricing:

All prices are based on the size, detail, placement, and time required for your tattoo. A final quote will be provided once your design and size are confirmed. Payment is due in full at the end of your appointment. I accept cash (preferred), and may also accept e-transfer—please confirm in advance.

 

4. Designs & Artwork:

All tattoo designs are original and custom-drawn for each client unless otherwise agreed upon (e.g., flash). All designs are the intellectual property of the artist and may not be copied, altered, or used elsewhere without permission. Minor design changes are okay; major changes may require a new deposit or booking.

5. Appointment Conduct:

Please arrive clean, sober, and well-rested. No alcohol or drugs within 24 hours of your appointment. Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in your appointment being cancelled without refund.

6. Late Arrivals & No-Shows:

There is a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals later than this may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. No-shows will not be rebooked in the future unless agreed upon by the artist.

 

7. Health & Safety:

Please notify the artist of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment. If you are feeling unwell, please contact me ASAP to reschedule. I follow all provincial health regulations to maintain a clean and sterile working environment.

 

8. Touch-Ups:

A complimentary touch-up may be offered within a specific timeframe, depending on the tattoo and how it heals. Touch-ups due to poor aftercare, sun exposure, or picking/scratching may require an additional fee.

 

9. Photos & Portfolio Use:

I may take photos of your tattoo for use in my portfolio, website, or social media. I will always ask for your permission first. If you prefer to keep your tattoo private, I fully respect that—just let me know.

 

10. Right to Refuse Service:

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at my discretion. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
